About Us

Celeste Rose, president of RoseTECH Consulting, is certified as a Registered Quality Assurance Professional (RQAP-GLP) with over 25 years GLP experience and 10 year experience as a Study Director.

Ms. Rose has a bachelor's degree in chemistry and over 20 years experience in analytical and bioanalytical chemistry in the agricultural, animal health, pharmaceutical, and specialty chemicals areas.  Her background includes experience "at-the-bench" with over 10 years experience as Study Director conducting GLP studies for regulatory submissions to EPA, FDA and non-US regulatory agencies.  Areas of expertise include technical writing, project management, quality assurance, computer application design, technical documentation, and technical and regulatory training.

Over 25 years experience in analytical and bioanalytical chemistry in the pharmaceutical, biotech, agricultural, animal health, and specialty chemicals industries. Areas of expertise include scientific/technical writing, project management, quality assurance, technical documentation, and technical and regulatory training.  Her background includes expertise “at-the-bench” with over 10 years experience as Study Director conducting Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) studies for regulatory submissions to EPA, FDA and non-US regulatory agencies including OECD.

Ms. Rose is an active member of both the Society of Quality Assurance (SQA) and MidWest SQA Regional Chapter.

All RoseTECH Consultants are science-degreed professionals each with 10-25 years experience in the conduct and supervision of nonclinical laboratory studies.  RoseTECH’s scientific, technical, and QA background provides knowledge, skill, “hands-on” experience, and understanding of GLP study conduct.  Our experience as Study Directors, scientists, and GLP study personnel, as well as our  knowledge of GLP Federal Regulations and Guidelines adds dimension and value to the services which RoseTECH delivers.
